About Me

My passion for photography all started when my Grandfather Marvin Hess handed me my first camera at the age of 10. It was a Kodak disk 4000. I remember photographing/tormenting everyone in the family including the dog. When I took a photography course in my Senior year of High School, I came to the realization that this is something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I just loved and still do, the creative and technical aspect of photography. I enrolled at Hallmark Institute of Photography in fall of 95’ and graduated in 96’. This was a 10 month program that exclusively taught Portrait and Commercial Photography. Since graduating, I have photographed many weddings, family portraits, and events. I find connecting with my subjects is what makes photography a pure passion of mine that never gets old.
